Good to know
Minimum term
None. You can cancel after your first delivery or at any time after that.
When it takes effect
Cancel before your next order is processed and you won't be charged again. We email you before every charge, so you'll always have notice.
Already charged?
If a delivery was charged or being prepared when you cancelled, it will still arrive. You can withdraw from it within 14 days of delivery if it's unopened.
Pause instead
If you only need a break, you can pause or skip deliveries in your portal instead. It's entirely your choice; you don't have to consider it.
Restarting
You can reactivate a cancelled subscription from your portal, or simply subscribe again.
Promise and subscriptions
The 60-Day Promise covers your first order only, not later subscription deliveries.
Cancelling isn't the same as withdrawing
Cancelling stops future deliveries. If you also want to undo an order you've already received, that's a withdrawal, which is a separate right with its own 14-day deadline.
