Please review orders carefully before submitting; cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you at the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy (elurelia.com/refund-policy).
You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order is stated in your confirmation email. Unless expressly noted, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.
Store prices may differ from prices in physical stores or third-party marketplaces. Promotions may be governed by separate terms; if there is a conflict, promotion terms control.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update it (e.g., email, card numbers/expirations) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent that (i) your payment information is true and complete, (ii) you’re authorized to use it, (iii) charges will be honored, and (iv) you will pay all charges at posted prices, including shipping/handling and applicable taxes.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand products to the carrier.

The Services and all content (trademarks, text, images, graphics, audio/video, design/arrangement) are owned by Elurelia, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Elurelia.
Elurelia names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Elurelia or its affiliates/licensors. Shopify marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names/logos are the property of their owners.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools we do not control. You acknowledge these are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
New features/tools we release will also be part of the Services and subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials or links to third-party websites. We do not evaluate or warrant their content. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any resulting harm. Review third-party policies before engaging in transactions. Questions or complaints about third-party products/services should be directed to the third party.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Elurelia is powered by Shopify. However, sales and purchases are made directly with Elurelia. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Elurelia, including any injury, damage, or loss from purchased products/services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Elurelia.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (elurelia.com/privacy-policy), and certain personal information may be processed per Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties (possibly outside your country) to provide/improve the Services. SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.

Sections that by nature survive termination (e.g., IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

Except as expressly stated by Elurelia, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain disclaimers; if so, those disclaimers may not apply to you.
SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Elurelia, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or products—even if advised of the possibility.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elurelia, Shopify, and our/its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or referenced policies, (2) your violation of law or third-party rights, or (3) your use of the Services. We may control the defense/settlement (at your expense) and will not agree to non-monetary obligations without your reasonable consent.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements and proposals. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafter.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights/obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice or consent.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Elurelia consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update these Terms by posting changes on our website.
