Before you start
Skincare is supplied sealed for hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery. For unopened products, keep them sealed; we'll ask for a photo of the seal instead of the parcel. Opened it and it didn't work? See the 60-Day Promise. Damaged, faulty or caused a reaction? When the 14 days start
On the day you, or someone you named (not the carrier), received the goods. If your order came in several parcels, from the day the last one arrived.
Meeting the deadline
It's enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days end.

Opened products
The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to sealed skincare that has been unsealed after delivery. The 60-Day Promise, damage, reaction and legal-guarantee rights still apply.
Return costs
None. Our warehouse can't accept returns, so we ask for a photo instead of the parcel.
Subscriptions
For a subscription, the 14 days run from delivery of your first order. To stop future deliveries, cancel separately.
Want to stop a subscription?
Withdrawing undoes an order you've received. Cancelling stops future deliveries. They're separate; you can do one or both.
