One rule before anything else: add one product at a time, with a week between each. If you change five things at once and your skin objects, you have learned nothing.

My skin is reacting to everything

Strip back. A gentle cleanser and one light fragrance-free moisturiser, twice a day, and nothing else for two weeks. No acids, no retinol, no scrubs.

Start with the Sensitive Moisturiser. Add the Make-up Remover if you wear SPF or make-up, which you should.

My skin is dry and tight, especially in the morning

This is usually water leaving overnight faster than it is replaced. The fix is an occlusive layer at night.

Start with the Overnight Cream if you want nothing scented, or the Ceramide Night Cream if you do not mind a light white floral. Give either four weeks.

If specific patches stay dry regardless, add the Rich Cream on those areas only.

My skin looks dull and uneven

Once your barrier is comfortable — not before — add a treatment step.

The Exosome + Niacinamide Serum is fragrance-free and suits skin that cannot tolerate retinol. One pump on damp skin, before moisturiser, once daily to start.

It is mostly my eyes

Dryness lines respond to hydration. Structural dark circles largely do not, and no topical product will change them.

The Hydrogel Eye Patches are fragrance-free and a fifteen-minute treatment. The Smoothing Eye Cream is for daily use and is lightly scented. If you want nothing scented near your eyes, take the patches.

I want the whole thing

The Full Barrier Routine is cleanser, serum, moisturiser and ceramide night cream — the complete sequence, at less than the sum of its parts.

If fragrance is a hard no, take the Fragrance-Free Routine instead.
